By using GINDOMSYSTEM it is possible to process surfaces and edges covered with protective films in a far more efficient way. Our liquids are effective in removing both hot-melt and polyurethane adhesives.

Release agent unit
At the infeed of machine, upstream trimming section, this unit sprays the release agent to the top and to the bottom of boards. This liquid creates a sort of protective coat on the two surfaces, preventing excessive glue from adhering to them during edge application.
Coolant unit
Right downstream gluing unit, adhesive, which squeezed out during edge application, risks to dirty tools and copying routers. So the antistatic coolant is applied. Its functions are to crystallize glue line instantly and to discharge electrostatic charges from edge.
Cleaning agent unit
At the end of edge-bander, upstream glue scraping unit or brush one – depending on machinery configuration – spraying the cleaning agent directly on panels allows you to remove definitely any residues.
Optional units
Delicate edge unit
When processing delicate edges or those with protective films, we recommend you to apply a specific liquid named antiadhesive-plus right on the edge. In this way, it will roll more easily, reducing considerably frictions that originate during the whole process.
Roller humidifying unit
The same antiadhesive-plus can be used also on presser rollers, preventing residues and/or glue from sticking to them.

Manual cleaning agents
This product line was specifically developed for manual cleaning without leaving smudges.
Three types of cleaners are available, depending on the kind of residue to be removed.
Concentrated Extra strong Cleaning Agent
This product has been specifically developed for brush cleaning machines. It allows an efficient panel micro-cleaning.
Antistatic Coolant for plastic material
This high-performing liquid was designed to cool plastic material during pantograph and panel saw operations.
Anti-adherent Agent
This cleaning agent is used during hot-air or laser edge-banding. It keeps presser rollers clean and at the same time prevents swarf from damaging edge itself.
Forming Sliding Agent
This product protects and lubricates copying routers in contouring machines. It allows also to reduce frictions during post and soft forming processes.
Wax Cleaning Agent
This cleaning agent was specifically developed to remove the remaining wax applied by the specific unit during edge-banding.
Q-System
It represents the ideal protective solution for tools that get excessively dirt with glue and swarf. It is not flammable.
A complete range of buffing wheels - both standard or special upon request - is available.
